The Ontology partnership with CACI delivers a radically new  Service Management solution for OSS/BSS systems used by telecommunications operators and service providers.

Based on OSS/CAD, the solution finds alignments that unify the separate OSS/BSS silos, and simultaneously identifies the misalignments caused by poor data quality. The solution then runs continuously to spot further data misalignments.
