Training

Training courses are provided for operators, administrators and users of OSS/CAD. The tuition is delivered onsite at a customer’s premises by Ontology professionals who are industry experts that are experienced in communications and IT sectors as well as the field of semantics. The training ensures: 

  • Users are empowered to take ownership of the system
  • Users are provided with the ability to independently extend and configure OSS/CAD for new and evolving services, interfaces and impact analysis applications
  • Tuition is tailored to the specific requirements of the customer’s OSS/CAD implementation
