Ontology Systems provide technical expertise, training and support for customers and partners at all stages of the solution lifecycle.
At the heart of the Ontology 4 platform is the idea of representing data using schema-less graphs instead of table-based databases. This technological step-change removes the obstacles that in the past made applying agile methods to data-centric projects so difficult.
This enables the Ontology Systems Solution Delivery approach to be genuinely agile, focussed on incremental, customer-led, early delivery of value in 2-week iterations, using acknowledged best-practice from Scrum. Ontology have extended “basic” Scrum and modified it to meet the demanding requirements of large, complex organisations. This means Ontology’s Solution Delivery teams can deliver both tactical projects quickly into fast-moving environments and also predictably manage delivery of complex strategic activities.
Classroom-based training is available for a range of roles, from individuals who will be responsible for system administration of Ontology 4 solutions in operation through to customer IT staff and delivery partners who need to be able to deliver solutions themselves using the Ontology 4 platform and products.
In addition to classroom training, Ontology offer on-site and remote project mentoring and pairing from our technical experts to help partners and customers with specific project challenges and to accelerate knowledge transfer to their staff.

Ontology Systems offer 2nd and 3rd line product and solution support at a range of different levels, including 24/7 fast response for mission critical solutions.
In addition, we offer Configuration Support in the form of pre-paid packages of on-demand days from our technical experts to help with minor configuration work and more involved project-specific advice.
